At Burning Acre, we take pride in the quality of our craft. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are committed to making it right.
The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in its original, unopened condition—unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.
How to Initiate a Return

Authorized Shipping: Returns must be sent to our Tennessee headquarters. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Order Errors
Please inspect your Burning Acre order upon arrival. If you find the product is defective, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item, reach out to us at info@burningacre.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and fix it.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:

Perishables: Food, hemp flower, or plant-based goods.

Personal Care: Beauty or topical products.

Custom Goods: Special orders or personalized items.

Safety Hazards: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once that return is approved and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Timeline
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven't seen the credit, please reach out to us at info@burningacre.com.
