Would you rather smoke or eat cannabis?

A comparison infographic titled "Inhaling vs Ingesting," explaining the effects and risks of consuming cannabis through smoking/vaping versus eating/drinking. The left side, in green, represents inhaling, detailing how cannabis smoke or vapor delivers THC to the lungs, with effects felt within seconds and lasting up to 6 hours, peaking in 30 minutes. The right side, in orange, represents ingesting, where THC is absorbed through the stomach, with effects starting in 30 minutes to 2 hours, lasting up to 12 hours, and peaking within 4 hours. The infographic includes tips for lower-risk use, advising moderation, awareness of dosage, and responsible consumption.
