If you’ve been following our journey lately, you know that the reality of running a small business means sometimes facing hurdles completely out of your control. Due to recent, drastic regulatory changes hitting the hemp industry in Tennessee, we have had to make some incredibly difficult decisions to protect the business we’ve built.
While we are heartbroken to announce that we will be closing our retail storefront in Columbia, TN on June 30th, we refuse to let these new regulations close our doors forever. To keep Burning Acre alive, we are picking up our roots and embarking on an exciting new adventure.
We are officially relocating our retail storefront to Murphy, North Carolina!

Making the decision to pivot wasn't easy, but as we looked toward the future, **Murphy, North Carolina** stood out as the perfect new home for Burning Acre. Nestled in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina, Murphy is a vibrant, welcoming community that we can't wait to become a part of.
Whether you are a Cherokee County local or a visitor exploring downtown Murphy, our goal remains exactly the same: to provide the highest-quality, vertically integrated hemp products that you know and trust.
We are already hard at work preparing our new space and cannot wait to bring the Burning Acre standard of quality to the **Murphy, NC hemp community**. From our signature legal cannabis products to our artisan edibles, Western North Carolina is about to get a whole lot more flavorful.

To our "ride-or-die" Columbia customers: saying goodbye to our storefront absolutely tears us apart. We have loved being a part of this community for the last five years, and we cannot thank you enough for your unwavering support.

Stock Up In-Store Through June 30th:** Between now and our final day in Columbia, we are running last-minute, in-store deals. Come see us, say goodbye, and stock up while the shelves are full!
Tennessee Availability After July 1st:** We are actively working on alternative distribution channels to ensure you can still access our products locally within Tennessee starting July 1st.
Shop Online: Our website isn't going anywhere! You will still be able to order your favorite bulk gummies and hemp products online shipped directly to your door, compliant with local state laws.
